The latest extension of the ever-growing NCDT conglomerate. Comprised of a group of dedicated, brave, intelligent women lead by "noelleis", the NCDT faction has a history of trading quality goods, primarily weapons, armor, vehicles, and recently themselves to continue to amass materials to build the ships of noelleis's design.
